Former professional basketball player Gilbert Arenas, who recently filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against an entertainment business management firm and his former business manager alleging mismanagement of his funds, has put his home in Encino on the market for $3.495 million.
The gated Mediterranean-style house, built in 1951 and since renovated, sits at the end of a long driveway with a motor court and three-car garage.
Done in dark wood and Travertine flooring, the hexagonal floor plan features open-plan living areas with vaulted ceilings, a center-island kitchen, a wood-paneled office, five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in more than 5,800 square feet of space.

Arenas, who banked more than $140 million for his career, last week filed suit against Boulevard Management Inc. and business manager Lester Knispel alleging recklessness and negligence that caused him to lose millions, according to Forbes. He is seeking more than $40 million in damages.
A three-time all-star, Arenas, 33, played 11 seasons in the NBA for the Golden State Warriors, Washington Wizards, Orlando Magic and Memphis Grizzlies.
He bought the house in 2007 for $3.1 million, records show.
